Personality...
What determines personality?
Heredity vs. environment?
or both?
One's personality consists in his/her general profile or in the special combination of psychological traits of character that refer to his/her unique nature. And that unique combination of psychological features leads to the way in which that specific person reacts and interacts with others or the environment. Moreover, personality includes a set of mental characteristics which reflect the way in which a person thinks, acts and feels.
But how ones can determine what to attribute when reacts to a certain term? An instinct genetically inherited? or is it from the intellectual knowledge learned through common practices?
I know ones can argue with that human behaviour is less controlled by the environment but more by the genes they carry. Whatever incidents occur and traits that are practiced generation after generation get imprinted on the genes and are passed on to some extended to the next generation which I partially agree. But is this 100% applicable to all human beings? Maybe at some extend?
Then what about cultural behaviour? Even identical twins have different characteristics and reacts differently.

Banana pin
My life has been always filled with what God has provided for me.
A few weeks ago, I was browsing a banana pin which works very easy on my long hair and hold it up so well, yet stylish. The price points at Gmarket is pretty reasonable but the hair piece that I liked was somewhat more than I anticipated to pay...So I ended up buying one only although I wish to purchase a couple ...
And a couple of days later, my sister came to my room and asked if I want any of her hair pieces that she doesn’t use which included banana pin and she didn’t knew I was looking for one, so I gladly took one from her.
Weeks passed, I was at my friend Monica’s place having a chit chat and when was about to leave to head home, again she came with a bag of hair pieces, offered if I needed anything and there were 2 banana pins in the bag. So, I thanked her took those 2 pieces.
So I ended up with more than what I intent to buy....and they are nice ones....
Once again, I felt his presence even in this very little detail....so I have no doubt he has “the one” ready for me certainly...it’s just a matter of waiting for the right timing..... :)

Pride and Prejudice....
Healthy Criticism can be used as a good development tool. But criticising one’s behaviour with biased views behind the back is cruel…
I recently ran a competition and one of the candidates happen to be an internal employee which I haven’t worked closely. But for the amount of time that I have known her, she did demonstrated strong pride towards her knowledge and a good employee. I have never sensed arrogant and negative attitudes. So as her previous supervisor constantly praised how great of her performance and employee she is…. at least that’s how I thought…..not until she stormed into my office deviate the whole situation….
Why would you turn up side down the whole story and go behind someone’s back? And the stories she was telling me had no rational, it was non-work related issues but her personal relationship, expectation and disappointment and etc…
I believe in fair practice and equal opportunity. It’s not right to judge or have perception by one’s story. What I have practiced at the interview was based on the merit which reflects on decision making.
John 13:34, " A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another."
Ephesians 4:32 says, "And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."Drop your ego, face the facts…

Leave...
God is telling us to move again...but no complains we gladly take his order. Again he prepared a place for us and it seems this time we would be there for a while perhaps could be the longest. He had put us to work, made us do our best and there he was showing us, leading us to the direction. Every day is a miracle. It’s remarkable how god is good and great to us. He simply reminded us not to worry and it’s all prepared for better, for greater…
My married sister worries for her older sisters. It’s sweet that she cares but no need to worry, stay calm. We will leave when it’s time until then just do your utmost and be prepared. We don't live for our own happiness but for his holiness… the ultimate goal here on earth is to fulfill our duty to serve and please our lord…Drop your lust, don’t be prejudice, do not judge, do not hate...feel for unfortunates, forgive, love and embrace all...not all easy task but that's the reason why god gave us a life...

Choices - II
Every day we make choices from basic necessities to life turning decisions. Whether it's appropriate or inappropriate, patient is the only tool to see such result. And its ok to make a mistake... sometimes that's the only way we can learn. The great god made us not as impeccable and he uses our mistakes to grow us. Look back and learn but let's not regret. Life is too short. If you have learned your wrong doing then fix it and look forward...you can't never go back to where you wish to be but if you were to make a choice again you can create a very different ending...
